New managers often face confusion and struggle as they try to navigate the challenges of supervising people who were once their colleagues.

Experienced managers may notice gaps in their leadership, which they want to address to be more effective.

This course helps both new and experienced leaders develop their skills in setting their vision or strategy for their teams or companies, communicating that vision out, and finally, motivating and inspiring their teams to get on board and make the vision happen.
